Answer:
Go forward at full speed and raise the landing gear once you are airborne.
Fly up to a red loop, down to the next one, then up to the last one.
Once you fly through the last loop and you are within the time limit, you will be successful.
You have to get at least a 70% score to move on to the next flight mission.
To get the best possible time, keep the plane in a straight line and only go as high and as low as you need to in order to make it through the loops.
