i have just reached pandoras temple and find that the battle at the gate is nearly impossible. my full life and magic are exhauste just as i finish killing the first monster. the resilience of these monsters leads me to believe one of two things A) i missed a gorgons eye and a pheonix feather (i need one of each for my next update, ive only had a single life and magic update since the beginning of the game) or B) im missing something blatantly obvious about how to kill them. please tell me which is true and if so how to fix it. and is ther ea gorgons eye/pheonix feather in the desert?

It doesn%26#39;t matter if you miss some chests that have the gorgon%26#39;s eyes or phoenix feathers because the creators made it so that there are more chests than there are gorgon eye and phoenix feathers available (say 30 eyes and 30 feathers, but there%26#39;s 60+ chests. The extra chests will either be eye and feather if you didn%26#39;t collect the max, or they will be souls if you already collected the max).
Did you use the souls to charge up your weapons, especially the blade of chaos?
Don%26#39;t rely too much on magic because they%26#39;re hard to come by, and most of the enemies that you kill don%26#39;t give off any magic, with Medusa being the exception. If you get a chance to play the mini-game, go ahead and play it. Sometimes that%26#39;s the only way to make short work of the enemies. Have you tried dodging and rolling out of the way? If the enemy can%26#39;t touch you, they can%26#39;t hurt you.
